Did you know that snoring can signal a serious condition called sleep apnea? Snoring by itself is hard enough to deal with. Any bed partner of a snorer can tell you that it’s difficult to sleep while lying next to someone who is making so much noise! But for many people with sleep apnea, snoring may be the only sign of an underlying problem.
